Frame is in good physical condition with very clear signs of wear. Including some larger scratch's and scuffs. No major cracks or dents. Cogs and chain are ok but rusted. Handle bars show signs of weathering and scuffs. Grip tape is indicted. Seat does have some tears. We recommend all bikes receive a full service.
