The 50kg weights set allows progression as you get stronger, and you can use the bench as it comes or take the barbell and dumbbells off and use them for standing freeweight exercises.

The set includes a 168cm standard bar and 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg and 4 x2.5kg weight plates so you can progress at your own pace.

Maximum user weight 100kg (15st 10lb).

Condition : Weight Bench is as new and has never been used our out of the book as can be seen in the pictures
