- Mahogany Body with Flame Maple Veneer: Mahogany is known for superb resonance and rich, lower-mid-focused tone. Combined with a gorgeous flame maple veneer, Eart NK-C3 is dressed to kill.
- Bone Nut: Bone is a harder natural material and it has been favored by many luthiers for higher-end instruments due to its sustain and natural lubricating property.
- Humbucker-Single Coil-Single Coil (HSS) Pickup Configuration: The HSS configuration is a tried-and-true combo for a large variety of tones and versatility. The bridge humbucker is perfect for higher gain styles while the neck and middle single coils provide clear note definition under overdrive.
- Hand-Polished Stainless Steel Frets: Stainless steel frets provide unrivaled durability and a smooth playing surface for nice and easy big bends. Each fret end is also hand-dressed for playing comfortability.
- U to C Compound Neck Profile and Compound Radius: Eart NK-C3 has a unique U to C compound neck profile with a thicker shoulder on the lower frets, which slowly tapers down to a slimmer C to higher frets. Along with a 7.25” to 9.5” compound fingerboard radius, Eart NK-C3 provides excellent playability for both chording and soloing.
- Pickups: High-output pickups have a perfect blend of power and tone.
This is a medium output humbucker pickup that features a small ceramic magnet and custom-wound coils to dish out a ‘P.A.F.-on-steroids’ tone. It has tight lows, a bump in the upper midrange that gives you more character and crunch, and an airy high end that cuts through heavy distortion but is also great for achieving crystal-clear clean tones. It’s especially suited for warmer-sounding guitars with a prominent midrange.
