This item is in full working order and the item itself is in GOOD, USED cosmetic condition. There are some small marks and wear to the outer box from handling. Some slight wear, damage and dents to the box, as seen, from being opened and customers looking etc. The train itself does have some marks and wear, soft scratches from use. You can see the condition in the pictures. Comes as pictured.
