We take all customer complaints seriously and have a complaints procedure which aims to resolve customer issues.

All Financially regulated complaints will be logged and you will receive an acknowledgement letter within 5 days. Your complaint will be investigated, once investigations are complete, you will receive a final response letter within 8 weeks advising you of the outcome.
