We take all customer complaints seriously and have a complaints procedure which aims to resolve customer issues.

All regulated complaints will be logged, and you will receive an acknowledgement letter within five days. Your complaint will be investigated, once investigations are complete, you will receive a final response letter within eight weeks advising you of the outcome. If we can resolve your complaint within three working days, we will send a summary resolution communication outling the agreed outcome. If you are unhappy with the outcome you have the right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
