Cash Converters are looking for sales staff to work in our new Reading store. The future for any successful staff member couldn't be brighter or more exciting with many new stores in the pipeline, the prospects for you within our company are fantastic.
Maybe you have a proven track record in retail sales or don't have any experience at all, this does not matter to us. If you've got bags of energy and tons of enthusiasm, you're good with people, outgoing, friendly and have the drive to succeed, we will give you all the training and support you need to make this move an attractive one.
Both fixed and flexible patterns of work are available including am or pm shifts with no weekends required.

As a Cash Converters Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our store – providing leadership to your team in areas such as sales generation, merchandising and visual presentation along with promoting all our financial services. Cash Converters requires limitless enthusiasm with the ability to lead a small, multi-functional team. Your responsible, good humored attitude will inspire a great performance from all your store team. Previous retail experience is desirable as are excellent customer service skills. It is these skills which you will need to drive our renowned brand forward. Solid people management skills, excellent commercial judgment and proven leadership skills are also essential to drive sales higher and grow the financial side of our busy business.
