As a Cash Converters Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store – providing leadership to your team in areas such as sales generation, merchandising and visual presentation along with promoting all our financial services. Cash Converters requires limitless enthusiasm with the ability to lead a small, multi-functional team.
Previous retail experience is desirable as are excellent customer service skills. Solid people management skills, excellent commercial judgment and proven leadership skills are also essential.

Cash Converters Taunton
Experience in either Pawnbroking or Cheque Cashing is an advantage; candidates should be well presented with knowledge of good customer care. The successful candidate will need to negotiate with customers and will need good interpersonal skills. Full training will be provided, hours are 9am - 6pm 5 days out of 7 on a rota.
