Salary Advance
A bit short this month? If you are in full time employment and need a cash advance until your next payday, you can use our handy Salary Advance service to get a cash advance against a personal cheque.
Here's how it works:
- Take your chequebook into our store and make out the cheque in front of a member of staff as directed.
- We will then cash your cheque to the value stated, minus a service charge which will apply.
- To allow time for your wages/cheques to clear in your account, we will not present your cheque to our bank until the day requested by yourself, up to a maximum of 28 days.
- Please note that there are various restrictions on our Payday/Salary Advance service, in addition to those mentioned here.
Here's what you need:
- You must have a bank or building society account.
- You must be over 18 years old.
- You must produce three documents of identification, including driving licence, passport or similar.
- You must also bring your chequebook and a valid cheque guarantee card.
