The Celestron Nexstar 60 SLT is a self guiding 60mm reflector telescope with Star Loactor Technology. It is an excellent terrestial land view telescope as well as satifying the needs of an occasional stargazer by providing decent views of closer object. It is worked by a hand pad controller which has over 4000 celestial object programmed in. The telescope can be use in three ways :- Manual Mode, use the up, down, left and right buttons to find your object. Direct Mode, choose your target off the drop down list, press enter and the telescope will automatically align itself with the object, all you have to do is focus. Tour Mode, let the telescope take you on a tour of the best things to see from your location that night.
